I would like to thank the Basin Hotel for their kindness to my niece. Last April we booked her and her fiancé a room for her birthday during the Steampunk festival. I let you know that she had cancer and you went above and beyond. She loved her stay. You made her last birthday a very special one. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great service from start to finish! Smaller rooms but beds are comfy. You don’t spend a ton of time in your room in Eureka anyways! Service was great and having the shuttle to take you to the Crescent and Amelios was a great perk! Location is excellent. Nice upscale bar in the 2nd level along with a great balcony view over the park just down the hall! Restaurant and Bar on the 2nd floor that is protected from the elements

Great place to stay. Alex at the front desk was awesome. We woke up in the morning to extra towels and toiletries without even asking. Everyone we interacted with was so nice and helpful. It’s centrally located with a shuttle that will take you around. Be aware it is an older/historical hotel, but the rooms are great for the price. Definitely gives spooky vibes too, if you’re into that.

Right in the middle of the district, this hotel leaves you wondering who else might have stayed there in the early 1900s. When we checked in, we were upgraded to one of the suites. This olde tyme room had a huge king size four post canopy bed, a jetted tub (plenty big enough for two), a private sitting room with a beautiful view of the busy street. I never experienced anything quite Ike it!

Such a beautiful and historic building that is just modern enough without destroying the beauty and history. We had our daughter's wedding at the basin park hotel in the barefoot ballroom. We purchased the winter wedding package. I will just say....WOW! The value for the money is unbelievable! We were taken such good care of that I didn't even feel like it was my event that I had to plan. They thought of every detail made the whole experience so easy! Major Shout Out to Craig and Kimberly and all of the staff. Thank you all for everything!

Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedroom was nice. Food in the restaurant was good and you get big portions. Loved the pool tables in the bar and the games in the games room. Speakeasy wine and music in a small and intimate setting in the cellar with acoustic guitar player was very enjoyable. Hotel has lots to offer and would recommend to anyone wishing to visit Eureka Springs.

Great spot! I ended up getting a free upgrade to one of their spa rooms (I didn't even ask for an upgrade) and it's one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. I'm not anyone special, just someone from Indiana, but they gave me the upgrade. For a historic hotel, the room is incredibly nice. Staff was super helpful and nice. Parking in town is going to be a pain, no matter where you stay. At least Basin Park has a shuttle and that shuttle will take you to other spots in town, for free. It's located smack dab in the middle of Eureka Springs, so very convenient overall. I know I'll be back in the area next Thanksgiving, and considering staying at Basin Park again next year.
